The nutrient and food facts section will assist you in becoming better educated about individual nutrients and foods, the nutrition blog topics section is a student-to-student interactive page that gives Virginia Tech students ideas on how to incorporate these foods and nutrients into their diets, the recipes section provides you with recipes that promote a healthy lifestyle, and the health facts section will educate you about nutrient-related diseases. We are in the process of adding a page to provide students with specific dietary needs needed information. We hope that you find this site as a helpful tool in making your diet more complete . To gain even greater knowledge about health and nutrition, you can participate in a free, zero-credit nutrition class developed and managed by the dietitian for Dining Services.
